What is small group personal training?
It is our answer to avoiding the pitfalls of large classes and the high costs of 1-on-1 training. You will still get all the individualized attention you need with a maximum of 6 people in each session. The programming will be individualized to your needs and goals while you also get the added motivation and support of being with like-minded individuals.

We have small group sessions 6 days/wk. so that you can train when it works for you.
